My tire blew out a little over a month ago on my way home. I stopped at two places before USA tires and neither one had the right tire. At USA tires, I went in and walked around inside for 10 minutes and no one was inside. I had to stand looking at the security cameras to figure out where the heck the workers were. Finally walked outside and had to walk around the building to find them. I got a used tire for $50. A little over a month later this tire is destroyed. It's literally tearing apart. I take my car to a used tire place here in Dallas and the guy shows me that the tire USA tires gave me was made in 2011! Everything I've read says that no shop should give you a tire older than 6 years old. 6 years is the max. These guys literally gave me a 15-year-old tire. I nearly went back to get two more tires, but thank God I didn't. If you find yourself here, look on the sidewall of the tire. It should show you the manufacturing date. Do not let them give you a tire older than 6 years old. The Dallas tire place gave me a 2023 tire for $40.

Fernando said he cannnot mount a 305/32/20 tire because it would not “air up” correctly and will not hold air…………he also explains how he has been doing this for ten years and knows what he is talking about….. I went around the corner to Broad street the tire shop on the same side as the post office put both tires on in 10 minutes….. not issues….. Fernando you do not know much in your 10 years or experience…….. go else where people for better service

Today, they tried to charge me $60 and claimed they “never sell under $50.” That’s a lie, and when I called it out, the worker doubled down with pure attitude. Instead of respecting a loyal customer, he basically told me to take my business somewhere else. This isn’t about $20 — it’s about being lied to and disrespected. The reviews saying they’re rude, especially to women, are 100% true. I will never give them another dollar, and I’ll make sure my family and community don’t either. If you want honesty, fairness, and respect, go ANYWHERE else.
