Knowledgeable, Courteous, Reasonable ! Replaced water pump and serpentine belt , ready the same day ,Satisfied. Have my son's vehicle headed that way too for repair, teenage vehicle abuse , inexperienced operator. View on GoogleI wouldn’t recommend He told me to leave my car and when I got back he said the shield cover underneath was dragging which is where the noise coming from . He Offered to cut it but didn’t. he wanted me to pay him $50 for doing nothing . Removed my wheels and said I won’t get my car until I paid him for doing nothing. Cops got involved and told him to reinstall my wheels & release the car with immediate effect. I came back to find my wheels were all scratched and grease and debris on suspension components. I would not recommend!
View on GoogleCharles fixed my 2014 Audi A4 in June. My car was not drivable and had to be towed into the shop. Charles was able to tell me what was wrong with my car within 2 hours of arriving. Great customer service and fair pricing. My car was fixed the next day and it is still running with no further issues thanks to him. Thanks Charles for getting my car back on the road.
