Get both my cars inspected here every year and the lady that has been doing it is wonderful and hard working. Always gets me in and out quickly. Go earlier in the mornings during the week so you don't have to wait long.
View on GoogleI visited Forney Tire & Service today and had the best experience one could have, purchasing new tires. This is the true definition of a mom & pop shop. You can tell they really take care of/ care about their customers. They also offer oil changes, inspection etc. I'll definitely be back for all of these things. I'd always prefer to support a small business over a big conglomerate.
View on GoogleWas having a hard time finding someone that was willing to plug my motorcycle tire. Didn't want to have to buy a whole new one. Went to see them and they handled it without question. Got me in and out right away. Saved me a boat load of money. Great, fast, and friendly service. Absolutely recommend!
View on GoogleCompletely horrible place overall, they don't care about people, they don't care about the community, and if/ when they see you literally limping your car in with a blown out tire with your 3 y/o in the back seat, they'll tell you to kick rocks without a reason. Wasn’t because they didn't have the right tire, wasn't because of any 'reasonable' excuse, it's simply because they didn't care, and if you go they won't care about you, either. If I look deeper into it, it might be because my husband is black and my son is mixed, but I'll let YOU decide on that one. 😊🫶🏼 Unless you're a glutton for punishment, I highly recommend you stay away from this horrible place, they're literally the WORST. Even calling in to try and get someone/a supervisor to call me back, the person on the phone was only interested in interrupting me and telling me she didn't know what could be done... incredible, in the WORST way.
View on GoogleThe guys and lady who do the actual work are excellent, nice, fast, honest people. The office staff and female owner are the complete opposite. Rude, unhappy, greedy people. My advice...If you hate your job and hate the business so much, just sell it to someone who will be more appreciative of the gifts they've been given, and kinder to the general public. I've been going there for 19 years and I think today was the last day I give them my money. They lied to me over the phone, then they over charged me for services, even after I challenged them on it face to face and gave them the opportunity to do the right thing. There are at least a dozen other auto shops in Forney and my next oil change , inspection or tire need will be taken to one of them.
