Took my vehicle to them With extensive damage, they were superior with communication and left my car looking great highly recommend!!! I am a super busy and the communication from the shop and insurance was top knot has well as updated on progress . They color matched it perfectly ,and was super pleased with outcome .
View on GoogleI will never go to that collision center again I regret I ever heard of those guys! They let my battery drain which caused my screen and power outlets to stop working then blamed me for not being able to pay them sooner collision centers are responsible for the car while it’s in their care by law! I asked them to contact the insurance company to get the ball rolling on fixing the condenser they never did, I asked them to bid work on my Chevy never happened, still I decided to give them more work in the hope that they would get it together. Yesterday I came in to drop off the vehicle so they would be able to break it down so this morning the inspector who said he would come as soon as it was done could look at it Daniel wasn’t even awake his brother in law was the only guy in the shop and said he couldn’t get to it for 45 minutes and Daniel never planned with anyone to take care of me after we talked yesterday. I took it in again because no one else could work on it because of the warranty and someone in their shop destroyed my phone charging cables I contacted the police so if that happens to anyone else there will be a record of this shops behavior!

He was able to get my car fixed within 2 weeks. He communicated throughout the process and even sent me updated pictures. I appreciate honest loyal people and if you are looking for a reliable individual ask for Jose and tell him Claudia sent you! Thank you team for getting my baby looking new and back on the road.
