First Choice Auto Hail Repair in Forney, TX exceeded all my expectations and I recommend them for anyone that wants hail damage repair. I just bought. 2010 XTERRA that was damaged years ago and I needed the cosmetics looking good for my 16 year old daughter. Matt and team hit my mark on the estimate and then went above and beyond on one small additional request I had an idea for. I cannot recommend this business enough! I have never dealt with damage to a vehicle (collision/comprehensive) until a hail storm came through unexpectedly and damaged my 1-year-old car. After I filed the claim, Matt was able to take care of all of the communication with my insurance company and kept me updated every single day. Once insurance approved the supplemental, they worked hard and delivered the car back to my driveway 3 days later in the same condition it was when rolled off the lot new.

First Choice Auto Hail Repair—and especially Matt—sets the standard for what true customer service should look like. In December of 2025, I asked Matt if he had a contact for auto window tinting for my Suburban. Not only did he connect me with a trusted tinter, but one he had personally used himself. On top of that, Matt offered to drive 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle and take it to his colleague so I wouldn’t have to leave the house with my 6-week-old twins. That alone speaks volumes about his heart for his customers and his commitment to creating a worry-free experience for people needing auto care. He even facilitated conversations to make sure I received the best possible price. This wasn’t a one-time experience. After I was in a wreck in March of 2021—and again when my husband had an accident in May of 2023—Matt was the very first person I called. Each time, he helped me navigate the stress of dealing with the insurance company and ensured the repairs were done with care and integrity. I will always call Matt first.
