Good morning!! 😃 I was involved in an accident here in Forney, at the end of October and I decided to take my vehicle to Cole Automotive once the insurance was clear to drop off. From the time I dropped my car off to pick up they are very professional, informative, kind, honest and they went above and beyond my expectations. Seth & Kaytee I want to thank you both for keeping me in the loop from start to finish. They did not cut corners by any means & they did an excellent job. 10/10 I Would highly recommend to anyone!

This past Friday night on my way home from work a lady drifted into my lane and she scratched the passenger side of my truck. I was able to make it over to Cole automotive today and have them inspect the damage and see if I needed the spots repainted. During their inspection they believed it could be buffed out. I told them to go ahead and they were able to get me in today. They did excellent work with a better than expected outcome. Because of the stellar job, it saved me the hassle of needing to file a claim. Thank you guys very much!

I recently went through a local car wash that damaged my bumper, so on a whim I stopped by Cole Automotive to get a quote. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they took the time to look at my vehicle right away. Kaytee explained everything clearly — why the bumper couldn’t be repaired properly, what the replacement process would involve, and how they ensure the paint matches correctly. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything. Since I’m not ready to replace the bumper yet, Kaytee suggested a temporary fix and was able to get it taken care of while I waited. The customer service at Cole Automotive was absolutely top notch. It’s rare these days to find a business willing to help someone who just stops by unexpectedly, but they treated me like a valued customer from the start. When we decide to replace the bumper — and if we ever need any future repairs — we will definitely be coming back to Cole Automotive. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning, Casey was transparent and proactive in his communication. He took the time to educate me—something most shops don’t bother with. I learned that many collision centers working closely with insurance companies rely heavily on aftermarket parts to maintain those relationships. Casey, on the other hand, worked with me to ensure my vehicle was repaired using OEM parts, because his philosophy is simple and refreshing: it’s about making the customer whole. His integrity showed immediately. He actually offered to help me find reputable shops closer to my home since his shop was over an hour away—putting my convenience ahead of his own business. He also offered to drive my rental back to my house and pick up my car, and to do the same when repairs were complete. That level of hospitality is almost unheard of. What truly stood out was Casey’s attention to detail. He noticed and repaired a few small dents and issues that weren’t even part of the original discussion—just because he wanted the car done right. And even though I didn’t take him up on the pickup/drop-off offer, he met me twice on a Saturday, when his shop is normally closed, simply to accommodate my schedule. The results speak for themselves. My Cadillac Lyriq looks almost exactly like it did the very first day I drove it off the lot. The service, care, and craftsmanship provided by Casey and his team are unmatched. He has earned a lifelong client, and I’ll be singing the praises of Cole Automotive for years to come. P.S. I noticed one negative review while researching the shop, and based on my experience, it is completely disconnected from reality. Either that customer visited a different shop—or met Casey’s fictional alter ego—because there is absolutely zero truth to it.
