These people are incredible. I just want to give a big thanks to everyone who helped me out when I got stranded on the side of Interstate 20 on my way to Fort Worth on 7-9-24. Big thanks to Kara who helped me during the early morning hours. Making sure that I was safe while making the situation less stressful. Big thanks to the tow truck driver who towed my vehicle back to their shop. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Big thanks to Wes for working on my vehicle and getting me back on the road. Everyone there are so friendly. You can definitely feel that they are a family own business on how they treat their customers so well. They go out of their way to make sure the job gets done right. They are very reasonable with their repairs and won't charge you an arm and a leg just knowing you're not a local. Wes even pointed out to me some things on my vehicle that were not done right while doing the repairs. I will most definitely will be going back to get those items addressed. I highly recommend them to anyone. From towing services to repairs, give them a call. You will be glad that you did.

I hit a huge pothole and bent 2 wheels and both tires went flat. Called Buster, and he was there in 10 minutes at the end of a work day. Great customer service and great people. Love the small town hospitality. Thank you guys so much! 🙏🏼😊

This place is beyond friendly and reasonably priced for their towing services. My struggle of life has been real and rough this week. I had to have a truck towed because of engine failure. It originally happened Wednesday 12/04/2024 last week with all the bad weather. When I called that evening they were super nice and up front about the weather and their work load and said they couldn’t run the call. Once I had the truck back to Forney I called them again 12/06/24 to tow to an auto shop. Again I’m talking to different people and super friendly answering a ton of questions since truck wasn’t running. Anyway they even talked to me about the local car shops and I’m crazy happy with their recommendation. I’ve used this company a few times and has ALAWAYS been their level of service. I totally recommend this company.

Please don’t use this shop. I asked receptionist was there someone here to give me an estimate for a bumper,one of the men in the reception area started answering that no one was here to do the estimate. And that they didn’t know when he was going to come back there’s two of them . I asked the girl upfront since I wasn’t sure who I was talking to , when would be a good time to come back she said to come back tomorrow because the two guys that do the estimate aren’t here and there was an older lady behind her who answered “ yeah well if they’re here, they can do the estimate, but they’re not here if they ever come back, they can do the estimate” I was very confused by what was going on I’m assuming this is a family business. I will say I did not feel like I was wanted or welcome there and their attitudes were horrible. I’m not sure if they were racist or not but I just did not feel like I was welcome there. And from the reviews, it seems like they might be a little racist.

Worst shop ever avoid this place at all costs i got in a accident and my car got towed by this trash company without my consent after the cops give me a ticket already and then i go the very next day to the shop and they say they are closed an hour before they actually are so i have to come back and waste my time and gas driving back the next morning only to hear they are charging me $900+ just to get my vehicle back LOL for holding it only 2 days plus it is recked and needs to be fixed still worst place ive even been to and they are very rude and unprofessional not to mention racist ofc that being said them charging more than the car was worth and we bought for is outrageous they are crazing if they think i am paying that these people just take advantage of people who just got in accidents cus the city pays them and works together with the cops smh how typical its all for the money they dont care about helping people so i just let them keep it they are not getting a single penny from me!! terrible business
