After showing all of this evidence, and very nicely and politely asking for a PARTIAL REFUND of our money (not asking for the extra expenses of rebuilding the transmission, repairing the engine cover, or any of the other issues he failed to repair, or the thousands of dollars in lost sales for not having our delivery truck), David’s response was, “I still want to see y’all have a good running delivery truck, but exchange of money will require a legal judgement.” That last statement should tell you all you need to know about this person.
