I took my car here to get a hood latch fixed because I couldn’t get it set right myself since getting a new hood, and it wouldn’t stay latched. The car had previously been repaired from a wreck that happened before I bought it, so I understood that it wasn’t in the best condition, and it would take a little elbow grease to get it right. The lady that greets customers comes out with me and I show her the car and proceeds to point out all these issues as if it couldn’t be done. I tried to explain that the hood wasn’t being obstructed from closing and they could make it work, but she insisted it couldn’t work. She storms off saying “Take it somewhere else. I’m not going to argue with you.” I took it to Kozlovsky’s in town and he had it back to me the same day with my problem solved. I guess these people just don’t want to work, or can’t think outside the box to solve something. I’m giving an extra star here because others say you do good work, so I’m being nice.

View on GoogleTwisted metal did an outstanding job handling my vehicle repairs. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, nice, and relatable. The repairs were absolutely perfect, and very quick. They went out of their way to assist me in the process, and were super helpful. Due to the damage on my vehicle, there was a hidden issue (no way for the shop to know about it without driving it on the highway) with the alignment/tire balance when I picked it up, but I called twisted metal and they fixed it immediately. I have (unfortunately) went through other repair shops before, but twisted metal surpassed all of them easily. Highly HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. Thank you again to the kind folks at twisted metal!!
