Woman in the office was mad when I got there, told me I was facing the wrong way even though the arrows were pointing in the direction I was facing. I was told I could not nap in the sleeper while they were working, and she was incredibly rude the whole time. Fire the service manager who I delt with and I might continue to use speedco as I have for years, otherwise im done with this Loves corporate BS
View on GoogleThis Speedco is a joke and Loves should be ashamed to be associated with it. They never answer the phone, and when they do they are less than helpful. Started calling at 6am which shows as when they open but no one was there until 630. And they just basically shut down the shop if they have a service call. So even though you’ve been waiting since 630 the shop is not doing anything because they’re on service calls. So just call yourself a mobile only Speedco because that’s what you are. UPDATE: ITS NOW 9pm AND NO ONE HAS CALLED still to get us in to do the work we requested this morning!
View on GoogleVery poor service. Nobody wants to work. Guy in front desk doesn’t even look you at the eyes when talk to him. Very unprofessional. I saw mechanic in the back watching videos on his cellphone and not doing the work he is supposed to do. I would not recommend this location at all. Two empty bays and nothing going on. what a joke. Update… after the PM is done I drove 2.5 hours to my destination and I noticed a weird noise in my engine. In my destination I started my PTI and I saw oil all over the place. They forgot the oil ring in one the filters. I spent 4.5 hrs there waiting for PM
