My service for an oil change, tire balance and rotation was scheduled. I had a phone call to confirm my appointment. I showed up early because I had finished with my precious appointment. Courtney mentioned to me that they would try to get me in early because the guys would be going to lunch at that time which was around 12:00. It was no problem because I was the one who showed up early. I waited for my car and i had plenty of work to keep me busy. They got me in about 12:30 or so and finished about 1:20 pm. They also showed me how dirty my air cabin filter was so I got that changed out. Everyone was courteous. We've been going there to have our services done since we've bought all of our vehicles there. My first oil change and tire rotation service was great. The service manager, James Barr, was very pleasant and accommodating to me and the customer service specialist, Princess, was kind and courteous and bright. Her personality lite up the place. Due to miscommunication, I spent a little longer than expected to get my tires changed and front end aligned, but they made it right and the work done on my truck was excellent and I have had no issues with their quality of service. It is an excellent place to buy a vehicle.
View on GoogleStopped by here during a long road trip. Service tech was excellent young lady don’t recall her name. We were scheduled quickly for a LOF on a 2022 Ram 5500 and to check out vibration. Since we were just passing through we appreciated the quick turn around. The tech informed us we had free oil changes which our dealer back home never mentioned! They did ID the vibration cause which was debris in the dually and then we were able to chisel it out. Wish this was our dealer!
