Ford Service - Ennis, TX

I would give 0 stars if I could. My truck has been at this shop for 3 weeks, I called several times last week and never received an answer or a callback. I went in person once after that to check on the status, and there were still no updates provided. Today, April 1st, I returned again simply to ask if the repair would take any longer. Instead of receiving a clear answer. I was threatened with having the police called on me just for asking about my own vehicle. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed that I had been coming in every day to check on my truck. That is completely untrue—I only went twice in three weeks. And even if I did come in more often, I don’t see an issue with that when it comes to my own vehicle that I am paying to have repaired. This experience has been completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and respect no matter the RACE! Ms. Terry Keeton needs to be more professional in handling her responsibilities and interactions with customers.

I was about 700 miles from home and needed some recall work done. Service was helpful and friendly. They got me in next day, did a software update and I was out 30 minutes later. A good Service Department is really important with modern cars!

I had a major trip interruption on my way to Houston from Tulsa. A week before the trip I had my F-150 checked out by my local Ford dealership in Tulsa and explained that the truck struggled to start at times. So after they did oil change, filters, fluids and even a diagnostic and they said everything was in great shape. Well I packed up the family and we hit the road for the weekend. Halfway through the trip pulled over for a stretch break and my truck would not start. The time was 5:30pm and no wrecker or mechanic could help me for hours, but my wife said that she found a ford dealership that was still open. We called and spoke to service professional named Greg, that's when everything changed for us. We asked a kind person to give us a jump and the truck started, so we headed to Ennis Ford. Right away the service team noticed although my battery was good it was not the right specs for my truck. Battery was changed and we haven't had a problem since. The team here with Greg, Jodi, and the rest of the staff was wonderful and although they were closing, they still went above and beyond to help get us back on our trip. Thank you Ennis Ford, you will always be a friend of mine!

Had my vehicle for 2 weeks to tell me the computer found no issues and they couldn't replicate an obvious transmission issue. Then went on to acknowledge an issue but blame it on an after market leveling kit that was installed by the previous owner stating the jolting was from components being loose in the front end. It only occurs when the transmission shifts certain gears. Get your vehicle serviced elsewhere by an honest shop, this one does not have enough techs to do the work in a timely manner and will give you the run around when it finally is time to work on your vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about Ennis Ford. From Mrs Jody that answered the phone to the technician and the service manager. Everything was handled very fast and with professionalism. My vehicle broke down while on a trip here to Texas and they went above and beyond to get it fixed. Thanks again!!
