Asked for an alignment payed for alignment. They didn't do an alignment. Said my front struts needed replacement. So I paid 90 bucks for them to spend 5 mins and not do anything. I will never come back to this place. If I pay for an alignment I expect an alignment. I understand it will get out of alignment quickly if there is something wrong with struts but that doesn't mean you charge for a service you never did.

View on GoogleBought a used tire for 80. Looked up online and that same tire new from Walmart was 83. Drove to Houston afterwards and 2 days afterwards went flat. Slow leak. Leaking from the bead where when they installed they should had checked for leaks. Either they didn’t check for leaks and sent me off on a used tire or they sold to me on purpose a bad tire because driving would not mess up the bead.
View on GooglePLEASE READ ME!!! I went here and got new tires for $500. It was expensive but I needed them so I had no choice. The next day, which happened to be Easter Sunday we came home from church and as I got home I could one of them was flat. I was devastated. I moved it into behind my dad's car and he helped me jack it up and take the wheel off. That was when I realized they had stripped the lug studs and one of them snapped off. I now had trapped my dad's car in the driveway and I had to fix the lug stud so he could work tomorrow otherwise he'd be stuck in the driveway. The next 6 hours were HELL but I managed to fix it (Easter Sunday mind you). The next day I drove back pissed and told them to check the tire, and they said it was fine, aired it up and sent me on my way. I went down to Big E Tires and they told me the valve stems were old and leaky and should have been brand new. I went back fuming and they replaced them right away. But they were fine trying to pretend like nothing was wrong when I brought it the first time!? THE SAME THING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED! They refused to pay for anything or even apologize. They ruined my Easter Sunday, cost me money in parts, swindled me, didn't put new valve stems in my new $500 dollar tires until I forced them to, and all I got for my troubles was a sheepish grin.
