This is a wonderful second generation family business operated by the Castillo brothers. The founder's sons do his memory proud by their excellent customer service, expertise and ethical practices. Been a customer for years for both repairs and new tire purchases. Bought four new tires today, and as usual, great price and quick as lightning service. Recommended wheel alignment and sent me to an equally impressive establishment in town. Big E is a local treasure.

Traveling from out of town with only 200 miles left to get home and Big E calmed my over anxious brain obsessing over a low pressure tire. The entire team jumped into action to triple check for any nails (there was none) before securing my tires back on, adding more air and assuring me that I was safe to drive home. I made it home safely and informed about how tires compress and expand. I was told how to be proactive and I feel more confident traveling in the future. Thank you so much!!
