Adam is a God Send!! Came to the shop with a ruptured tire on my Mercedes with a lock on the wheel....with a little finesse and tlc they were able to get it off and for a good price!!! Highly recommend!

I shouldve followed my gut and avoided this place like the plague!Went here to get an oil charge for a car i recently bought. When I first came in, the guy behind the counter seemed pleasant enough, smiling a lot. But I should've taken a cue from the conversation between the customer in front of me and the guy behind the counter. The customer was complaining to the counter guy that after bringing in his mom's vehicle for service, something inside the car was broken that wasn't broken before. The counter guy dismissed the customer's claim denying that any of his workers were responsible, all with that same grin. He didn't take the customer's complaint seriously at all! He didn't even PRETEND to care! He didn't even bother to shuffle through paperwork to even SEE which of his workers it was so that he could question him. He just continued smiling and denying, saying, "no, my guys didn't do it. And they won't lie cuz they know if they lie..." (he never finished the sentence-- but continued smiling). Idk why I didn't leave then. I should've left. Instead, I went forward with my request. Clue #2 when he got into my car to pull it into the bay for service (I thought i was supposed to do that) he mentioned "Hey, you gotta nice car here..." Then he drove it to the bay. I went inside and looked at their products, then I noticed a window to the work area. I saw a guy get into my car while another guy handled the oil change. I was curious about that so I asked the guy why he got into my car, and i believe HE pretended not to speak English but he managed to tell me the shop owner DID speak English. I know he mentioned the name Adam. Anyway, he lead me thru the work area to where the owner was. The owner/Adam seemed shocked to see me and began saying I couldn't be in there (insurance reasons--I get that). But i asked anyway about the guy in my driver's seat and he explained to me that information was needed like the mileage, etc when they do an oil change. And i said, oh, ok. Service complete, no price change. The owner told me as i was paying that i needed an oil pan, and a transmission fluid pan, that they BOTH had holes in them. My car drove fine before i came to his shop. The next day i drove to work and my car drive worse than ever! The engine seemed to be losing compression, the odometer hand was spinning like i was driving through a vortex! This pissed me off. Took my car to another PROFESSIONAL shop after work and learned the tech from Top Choice changed my dash reading from miles to kilometers, which confused the car computer, affecting the dash readings and inner mechanism of the engine. My thoughts were that Top Choice wanted to scare me into coming back out of fear there's something wrong with my motor and transmission (two of the most expensive fixes)! Took my car to Just 7 on Camp Wisdom about a week later. Just 7 changed my oil and added Lucas motor treatment to my car, checked my oil pan and assured me there was no hole anywhere. They even checked my tire pressure and put air in them for me, UNLIKE Top Choice! I don't like Top Choice very much. I hope I'm never in a position where I need to go back to them for any auto service. They don't even deserve the one star i gave them in this review for trying to use scare tactics to take advantage of a female.

This place is awesome! Came in for a nail in my tire. Was quickly approached when I walked in, quickly looked over my tire and said it could be repaired. I pulled into the bay and didn’t even have to get out of car. Service was quick and excellent. The manager (or owner?) Adam I believe was so kind and provided great customer service. This place has a long term customer in me!

The guy was nice. Business ran poorly. Doesn’t call when he says he will. I had to call for all updates. My part was ordered wrong dodo then I had to wait extra. My car was in the shop 5 days. No discount for the inconvenience. When I got my car back, I messaged him it was leaking and got no response. I had a brand new paint job and when I got my car back there was some sticky gluey substance all over my front bumper. I noticed a day later that my fuse box cover was not replaced. It is still at their shop. No call to say come and get it. I messaged him about this and got no response also. Not good business and customer service
