Please do not come here!! Went here because I had a flat and decided to change my other tire as well because my tread was low. The replacement for the low tread tire went flat within a few hours. I went back and asked for a refund.. surprise! No refund!! No wonder they only do cash 😭😂 not them being posted on tik tok for their poor customer service and scamming. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOIR MONEY
View on GoogleTried charging me $75 for ONE used tire for my mom’s Honda. Went on Amazon right after and bought a brand new tire for $57. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I understand businesses need to make money, but charging more for a used tire than a new one is crazy. Definitely shop around before coming here.
View on GoogleA random hail storm came through the town as I was driving with my 3 month old baby. I took cover under this tire shops awning. There was zero customers. My baby was crying due to the loudness of the hail. The employees came up to me sayng the owner said this spot is for customers only. I said I had a baby, basically pleading to wait out the storm. They said sorry ma'am. They made me drive off while hail was still coming down. I would never visit this place or recommend anyone this place to anyone just based on how they treat their community. I try to support small businesses when I can as they are important to a town but not this one. Kindness goes a long way especially for 5 min to avoid a hail storm.
View on GoogleThis tire shop is horrible. The tire they put on my car had a slit in it like it was cut. I didn't notice until exactly 7 days later and they wouldn't help me. No discount offer nothing, just horrible customer service. The lady had a whole attitude when speaking with her about the issue. They also didn't balance my tire and never mentioned it being a service I need to add. Don't waste your time or money there.
View on Google0 stars. This shop takes advantage of people like us that are in tough spot. My tire popped and needed to replace it and it was the nearest shop. I was told it would be $150 cash for 1 tire. Not even new. It was a used tire for 150. So I walked to the nearest atm took out $160 since it only did per 20s and had it changed. When I tried to pay, they referred me to the window where it was now $162. I asked why was the cost so much for one tire and I was told it was because it was the last one in that size, only to find out they had 4 more in the exact same size. When I asked if the price would change because now they have more in the same size, of course the price turns out to be same regardless. They knew I didn't have a choice. My family was in the car and I wasn't just gonna have us stranded trying to figure something out. I cant express how mad this made me and im an extremely patient person. Do yourselves a favor and find something better, unless your in a situation where, like myself, didn't have much of a choice.
