I had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Duncanville! The pricing was very reasonable, and setting my appointment was quick and hassle-free. They got me in and out faster than I expected, which I truly appreciated. The customer service was excellent — professional, courteous, and clear about what was needed. I never felt pressured, and they made the entire process smooth from start to finish. My only suggestion would be for a more detailed cleaning of the restroom, especially since there is only one shared by both men and women. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and would definitely return and recommend this location to others!

My car was serviced my Scott, the Store Manager in Duncanville, Texas. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am and the service was on time! Scott gave me great recommendations and I actually got to see underneath my car 😁. It needs a little TLC and I’m so glad I came here. The staff is very professional, attentive and responsive. The waiting area is extremely clean and comfortable. Get on their website and schedule your appointment!!! They won’t disappoint!!! Service with SMILES😁

Walked in on a Saturday early afternoon, no appointment for Emissions test for getting car registration which was $18.50. Takes about an hour so prepare to have someone drive you somewhere while you wait. They were friendly. The experience was overall pleasant. They do take care not to get your vehicle dirty, by placing plastic over the seat and paper on the floor. As other reviews stated, they do try to upsell. They wanted to replace something for $255. My husband said no. He can do it himself. Takes 10 minutes and costs $60 for the part.

I recently had taken my car to get my brake fluid flushed and replaced Saturday Morning. The next day the brakes weren’t working properly as they should, later that day I checked my brakes to make sure there was no leak, and sure enough there was a leak from the bleeder screw, meaning it wasn't tightened right. I called back Monday morning so they could check it, and when i got there I was told that it was tightened Saturday Morning during the service. They checked it and serviced it again… then i was told that it wasn't tightening and that I needed new calibers… come to find out it was just the bleeder screw.. Feel like the customer service could've been a lot better and wish they would’ve checked properly what the issue was. ( photo posted is the leak, which is coming from bleeder screw )
