I had the pleasure of working with this shop recently as my little commuter car presented some issues. A dear neighbor of mine, referred me to the shop and let me know that they had been going to them for years for all of their auto repair needs. My neighbor also let me know that they were very honest and reliable people who would always do the right thing. The shop proved all of what my neighbor said to be correct and more. My vehicle was ready in just two days. The shop was very communicative And let me know what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. It was very clear that there was no hidden agendas. I recently took my car here to get serviced. I was informed by Bobby that I needed brand new rotors, that would total up to approximately $600. I decided to not move forward with the service. Once I expressed my decision he dropped the price down to $300. I took my car to different mechanic, at this time I was informed that I only needed front brakes. Don’t take your car here, you will be scammed!!!!

I took my land rover to him back in June of 2023 and I've been having problems with my car every since then. He kept it for about a month. The price changed several times from 1500 to finally 2250. Their communication is awful. I would have to keep calling him for updates. When I finally got my car back, a month later, we drove it for all of a day before it was broken down again with the same issues. When I spoke to Mr. Nickles, I was told I needed to drive my car the 40 miles back to him in order for him to look at it. It didn't matter to him that I had just spent 2200 with him. Please go ANYWHERE else.

I took my car here to get a new engine early February. I went through my insurance which approved everything by February 19 so instead of paying the 8,000 plus for the engine I was to only pay $200 which was reasonable. I know it takes time and by the look of it they only had 2-3 people working. Which is understandable , after a month of not hearing anything I called asking about my car and one of the guys act clueless as if he didn’t even know the car was there. I asked when will the car be ready since having a rental is becoming expensive he told me Friday which it was a Monday March 18 that I called. I called that Friday asking when I can pick up, The guy basically said they just starting and that it will be ready Monday March 25. Still nothing I gave them more time. I called that Friday March 29 and was told the guy is working on my car now and I should get it Monday April 1 and he will take away the $200 for the inconvenience. Which I said okay and waited F.Y.I I have a tracker in my car the car showed that the battery was disabled since February and finally put back in April 2. I waited an additional week to see my car via LoJack mobile at different places within 2 days. I understand driving the car to see if it works but all day for 2 days. After seeing that I called April 9th asking about my car now all of a sudden it is ready. But Bobby is at the doctor and I would need to speak to him about payment which we talked and it should’ve been any payment. I was at work at the time so I sent someone to pick it up. When they got there he asked for the $200, which I was confused but of course everyone all of a sudden had Alzheimer’s, I send the money immediately telling the person to get my car. I get off of work and look at the invoice/receipt completion date says March 25 which I didn’t get my car till April 9. When I got ready to drive the car the next day the wheel wouldn’t turn when I was backing it up. A week later the oil light came on and the day after that the engine light came on. I went to an auto zone and they basically said I need a tune up and oil change which I was confused as to why because the engine just got put in. There are several other lights on. I was told I needed Rotors and brakes which was changed January 16. I’m not sure if the car is just bad or I was played but I will never go here again the lack of communication was horrible and I’m not sure if they took parts off my car or replaced parts. My car is now worse than when I gave it to them and the bad thing about it is my car was in great condition before time all I needed was a gasket and they wanted to replace the whole engine.
