I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike’s collision, and I am beyond impressed with the work they accomplished on both my boat and jet ski. We recently had the pleasure of working with Mikes collision for the repair of my husband’s truck. I can say that Mike went above and beyond when it came to customer service, he answered all of all questions professionally and honestly. My husband is a perfectionist when it comes to his vehicles, so when it came to his truck needing hail damage repair and new paint drop, all I can say is Mike got the job done and my husband is one happy man that his truck came out even better than it went in! When Mike took my car he was said he was a man of his word. Turned out got excuses of why the car was not finished. One delay turned into two delays. The lack of communication was frustrating. My recommendation > if you don't have a second car or make arrangements to have transportation during delays - look for another business. If you do have a second vehicle or other transportation and don’t mind possible long wait periods, excuses, and poor communication > Mike's Collision Paint and Body in Desoto TX does provide Excellent workmanship. You will get a Top level, A+ paint job and ding repair. There was NO disappointment in the work performed and the job pricing seemed fair.

Very nice family own business. Down to earth. If you ever stop by there make sure you buy the car fresher there. They smell so good and specially made by a little young lady entrepreneur.

When Mike took our car he was honest with us that it would take a year before he started on it. We didn't know that it was turn out to be a total of 4 years. We paid him $2500 up front and installment payments. Mike kept making excuses of why it was taking so long. The only way we would get updates were by going up there. The people at the office were nice, but most of the time we were told he wasn't there. Once we finally picked our car up, it was still some things not done. He tried to fix it while we were there. He used a spray paint can to paint some parts on the trunk that they did not do. We were very dissatisfied with how long it took, the lack of communication from him and the poor quality of work done.
