Mac Haik Ford Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center

We just started bringing our Ford Transit into Mac Haik Ford Quick Lane about 2 months..We have a small Expedited Freight business and we do a lot of miles a week, which means we need oil changes almost weekly along with other maintenance. We enjoy the friendly service advisors, while young they still seem very knowledgeable. They are also all very personable and the vibe is just laid back and comfortable while waiting. No pushy upsales and the manager always personally comes out to talk to anyone waiting. We even had an check engine light on 3 hrs away on one trip back to DeSoto and while we called other Ford dealerships on our route for help replacing a coil pack they all said they were too busy. I called Mac Haik and Adrienne said to just come by when we get into town and they'd check it out for us..we indeed made it there and they started on the van immediately and got that coil replaced plus an oil change all done in little over a hour! I would definitely recommend this shop if you have a Ford vehicle.

Yes! Janessa Trevino was very helpful & I believe she went above & beyond providing great customer service. She was able to resolve issues from a prior service at the main dealership auto service. Issues that they ignored in regards to my brakes. Along with the manager at this quick service center- I left feeling like I was understood ( They listened) I hope that you are able to retain them long term- because it would very much benefit your business! They turned around what was a very unsatisfactory situation into a trusted customer service experience. As a Women- at service center that I felt they treated me like family!! Felt safety was importance to the repair. My plan is on future visits to always request to speak with Janessa Trevino!! I hope that you can pass along this review / feedback to her & her manager! I've been here several times. They're real good for a quick (approx. 1 hour) oil change and tire rotation. I like how they'll also do a check of the tires, brakes, and fluids. Like any other dealership or similar business, they'll try to sell you other services you may or may not need. Always a good idea to get a second opinion if you suspect they're trying to upsell you.

I would never buy or send anyone to this dealership. I referred my company to buy two new trucks and I brought my nephew he also bought a truck. It has been a year and I was told I would get a referral for the purchases. This manager doesn’t stand behind his sales reps. They recently contacted me to see if our company was going to buy new truck. I simply told them if the manager will take care of my referral payment I might think about doing business with them. Of course he won’t call me but he had a sales guy call me to say they didn’t know about my referral before the purchases. That’s a lie his sales rep knew from the beginning. I guess the manager uses referrals to get you to bring him business but he has no integrity to pay. This dealership runs SCAMS!

I want so bad to like this place. As a ford owner I like to have my car serviced here. I love the concept of the quick lane. On this last visit I had made an appointment on line for an oil change, but when i get here they dont see it. Not a problem only one car ahead of me. Well 65 minutes later my car is ready. Wow!!! do they not know the competition is doing oil changes in 10 minutes.
