Went for a state inspection. They were trying to update everyone in the lobby on tick tack bs. Came to during the inspection to attempt to upsale two charges for lubricating my ball joints and replacing brake fluid. I declined as my ENTIRE suspension system is less than a year old and my brakes are being replaced soon. After I declined they stated they could no longer complete my state inspection because a muffler. Went down the street and got the inspection in less than 10 mins. This place is a scam

If I could give no stars I would. THEY TRIED TO PLAY ME STATING THAT THEY CHANGED MY OIL. I HAD TO GO DOWN IN THE BAY TO MAKE SURE MY OIL GOT CHANGED. OLD OIL AND FILTER STILL IN MY TRUCK. THEN TOLD ME MY ENGINE MAY BE JUST DIRTY. ITS SAD THAT PEOPLE TRUST A PLACE TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY AND THEY FAIL TREMENDOUSLY. REPEATEDLY OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN JUST BY READING THE COMMENTS. If I could give them a ZERO “0” I WOULD!!!! For the second time I have had plugs on my oil pan cover to be not placed back on my car! Or stripped!! And the pan comes halfway off the underside of my HONDA CRV 2019. I was driving in the expressway and all of a sudden I hear a scraping of metal sound at The front end of my car!! I thank God I’m not a panic type of driver!! It was he same exact situation I went through with this store I went EXPERIENCED nearly a year ago right after getting my oil changed at this location!!!!! I’m sure they are going to lie themselves out of fixing or even buying a NEW pan! IF YOU COULD SEE THE PAN IT IS A BRAND NEW PAN!!! There was over 5 guys working there that day! The intake person was very rude!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I promise you this is the second time these workers have abused my SUV! I think it depends on who is working on your car! I went there out of convenience because they are close! But I would rather drive miles away then to go through this kind of stress, inconvenience, loss of money and time than to risk a mistake happening to my vehicle! I went in a Saturday and within then hours of leaving that location 3-4 hrs the oil pan is dragging the concrete of an expressway and I was driving at least 80 miles an hour and I DID NOT RUN OVER ANYTHING! This happened in daylight I would have seen something in the road! So this is Sunday! They are closed!! I have to wait until Monday to hear the deflection and lies I know they are going to tell! Just pick a different place! I hope this helps someone!😡😠😳🤨😔😤🤬
