I had a great experience at King Wheels in Desoto, Tx! The staff was extremely polite, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and everything was done efficiently. It’s not easy to find a place that balances speed and quality so well, but they definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
View on GoogleMy first experience was good when I went in for an alignment. I wasn't given the spec, and I forgot to ask. I called and it was sent to me right away. I went in Thursday for tire sensor replacement, I dropped car off and when I returned my car was parked out front. I was like they're done, and I still had to wait for them to program sensors.
View on GoogleNice establishment poor customer service. Just left them. Nobody acknowledged me 15 min. The guy left the front left to go in the shop and never returned. I look through the glass and I was treated like I wasn't there. Get in the car nobody said nothing just watched me walk out and leave. Well I guess I didn't look like a shopper. Lol I went to Moe's Customs to get them 26s for my donk. 👍🏾
View on GoogleI must say I’m So Grateful to King Wheels in Desoto. I had a cracked rim and tire blowout from a pot hole. I didn’t know what to do. The staff assisted me with the best plan of action. I was assisted with the purchase of a new rim and tire. They went above and beyond to assist me and I appreciate their professionalism.
