Thank you so much to Jose the owner and his awesome crew for helping me out. I’ve known Jose as a friend for many years and I appreciate the quality of work he did on my car. They replaced the Rear Main Seal on my Grand Cherokee among a few others things, going above and beyond for service that’ll certainly bring me back. Thank you sir’.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I don’t know much about cars, so when another mechanic told me I likely needed a power steering hose and possibly a pump, I called J&E Auto Repair for a quote. They gave me a what I thought was a.better price for the hose, so I took my car in, trusting their professional expertise would access my vehicle and give their professional OPINION. To my surprise,they kept my car for hours, then called to say it was fixed. No one mentioned any other issues or recommended additional repairs. Just a few hours later, the car was leaking power steering fluid again. I parked my car and took it back the next mid morning. After keeping it all day, they called the following afternoon 24 hours later and said the power steering pump was bad and wanted another $600.00 When I asked why they hadn’t found that during the first repair, I was told they only replaced the power steering hose because that was the quote I asked for and they didn’t INSPECT the pump that they attached the hose to. As someone who isn’t a mechanic, that’s exactly why I brought my car to supposed professionals. Instead of diagnosing the actual problem, they charged me over $300 for a repair that didn’t fix my car, obviously they didn’t inspect the pump prior to replacing the hose, test drive or inspect their work after replacing the hose, then tried to charge me hundreds more. less than 24 hours later. If you don’t know much about cars, be careful. My experience left me feeling MISLED , HUSTLED OVERCHARGED , and without a properly repaired vehicle. Inexperience is not an excuse, they have no dedication, pride or Integrity. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSE WHERE!

Fast, Friendly, and Honest. My car overheated and I had it towed here. Jose found the issue quickly and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand. They were able to find a replacement radiator fan and fix the car "same day" before they closed at 6pm. 3 hours total. Even when they were very busy on a Friday. Prices were great and the waiting area was spacious and comfy. I was having a bad day. Jose & Jose fixed it. Thank you. 🙏 I will be a return customer.

I don't know anything about cars, so maybe I got ripped off, but I don't think so. They made me feel like I could trust them and their work. So far anyway I am very pleased. Will use them again.
