I’ve had two visits to this car service center so far. They’ve done my alignment and just today, my oil change. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and make sure I’m not wasting my time. And the best part? Their prices are incredibly reasonable. You won’t find a better deal anywhere else.

Customer service is important to me and JJ has excellent customer service skills and most of all he has gained a customer base from me I will make sure to tell my family and friends about this place . We brought our car in for a simple tire balance and specifically told them to wear clean gloves and be careful because the steering wheel is red suede. When the car was returned, the suede steering wheel was dirty and damaged. You can clearly see in the photos that the suede is matted and stained where it was handled. The texture is completely different from the rest of the wheel. On top of that, the tire balance wasn’t even done correctly, so we had to bring the car back again. When we pointed out the damage, the manager immediately claimed it was “old,” which it absolutely was not. Some of the workers were even laughing about it instead of taking the issue seriously. We’ve since contacted multiple places about cleaning it and were told the damage cannot be cleaned and the steering wheel will need to be reupholstered, which will cost us almost $200. If you have a nice car or care about how your vehicle is handled, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They clearly do not take proper care of customers’ vehicles and refused to take responsibility for damage done while the car was in their shop. If the owner would like to contact us to resolve this issue before we pursue a consumer complaint, we would be happy to discuss it. After posting this review, a suspicious negative review was also posted on our business page from someone who has never been a client. We believe this may be retaliation. We simply wanted accountability for the damage done to our vehicle.
