I advise against patronizing this establishment. The owner exhibits consistently unprofessional conduct, characterized by rudeness and a lack of effective customer engagement. My observations suggest a pattern of poor customer relations, with the owner frequently raising his voice and displaying impatience when customers attempt to explain issues or ask questions. Furthermore, the owner prioritizes payment upfront, often before even assessing the vehicle. This approach, coupled with a perceived inability to sell inventory, indicates a significant deficiency in business acumen. You can give it a try and if you hear anything different from cash or card at initial contact even before he sees your vehicle.

Told me they would have to order my tires and that they should be on the next truck, in the morning, and they would call me. Said if I didn't hear from them by noon to call. Noon rolls around and I call. He says they're still not in but the truck deadline is in a couple of hours, my tires should definitely be on that truck and he will call me. I cancel my afternoon plans. 4:30 and still haven't heard anything. I call to see if he thinks they will be in tomorrow and he says, "oh they're in". I said "well you didn't call me". He says, "I called". I said, "well you didn't leave a voice mail, how was I supposed to know?" He said, "I just figured you'd call me back." UNPROFESSIONAL. I won't come back here and do not recommend. It IS unprofessional not to leave a,voice mail. Obviously you and your staff can't admit when you're wrong about something. I'm not checking for missed calls when I'm expecting a call, I'm checking voice mail, as most normal people do. Also was overcharged for tires. The Fortune Viento 255/45ZR20-XL is normally in the $120-$130 range. I overpaid by $56.98 per tIre. Lesson learned. Also your response to this post tells the public what to expect. I really don't need to say anymore. You have a nice day.

This location makes sure their work is done right...Staff knows how to communicate and answers all the questions you might have...I had Tom Clark Auto park in Denton did not honor warranty work on a factory brake line malfunction that almost caused my truck to flip on the highway cruising at 75 mph. The dealership claimed that Texas tires in Denton installed a lift on my truck causing the hard brake line to fail. I TOLD THAT ADVISOR THAT THE LIFT HAD ZERO EFFECT ON THE BRAKE LINES...and the advisor proceeded to tell me a vertical change on the trucks suspension caused the failure...Sadly I was a mechanic by trade and told him that was the dumbest sheep excuse to deny warranty coverage that I have ever heard.

I've had a great experience with these guys, I got 4 new tires, alignment, and a few floating caps for my wheels. The alignment was spot on, and so was the balance! Its nice to have these guys close to the house too.

These fellas were so nice! I was stranded on the side of the road and they helped me jump my car, and even pushed me into the parking lot out of danger. As a single woman, car troubles can be super scary accepting help from strangers, but they were so kind and helpful. They even gave me advice on how to move forward with my car after it was jumped. I am incredibly grateful 🙏
