After having my new car for 6 months I ended up having engine issues and had to have my car towed to the shop. This was the first time I’ve had to deal with issues this big in my car and it was very stressful. From the minute I called in to see if I could tow my car there, they made this process the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with auto repair shops. Marcus was absolutely amazing in communicating with me about my car and what to do next. This will be the only auto place I will bring my car to ever again due to the helpfulness and ease of work and communication.

I wouldn’t give a single star to this company . I brought my 2012 Malibu in for a simple repair on my timing chain. What should have been a simple fix turned into an absolute nightmare ! I came in to pick up my vehicle and not even 20ft of pulling away there was a highly noticeable clunk that was NOT occurring before I dropped my vehicle off . Not only was it not occurring but the mechanic nor the manager there wanted to inform me of said clunk . Turns out a strut and wheel bearing on the right side have completely busted out. I told them that said noise was not taking place on time of drop off and was completely ignored all they did was try to upsell me more parts. I politely declined asked for my keys and left after taking it to a better more professional mechanic they informed me it looks like somebody purposely broke both said fittings in order to up charge for more business. I highly doubt not recommend taking your care to this careless business.

Marcus was super nice and friendly. Answered all of our questions and was very thorough. I thought it was a bit pricey but what isn't nowadays? Plus they warrantee my oil pan and plugs. All in all they do good work from what I can see but get your wallet prepared. Great customer service! Thanks Marcus!
