Sticker Station - Inspections & Oil Changes

Incredibly disrespectful employees! Went for an oil change. We were told that they could change our air filter when they changed our oil. Didn't happen. We were told that the fluids would be checked. Didn't happen. When I called to talk about the issues, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. Terrible services terrible attitudes. Absolutely don't waste your money ***Update**** The response to my review is also disheartening. I tried to talk to the lady on the phone about the issues and she was extremely rude not nice as she claims below. Now she wants to continue to be rude with her response. If you are looking at the reviews you can also see where other people claim that the employees are very rude. It's not about pleasing everybody. It's about treating your customers with respect and kindness and valuing the business that they bring to you. That is not what was said about the air filter and my fluids were not checked as two of them were very low and we had to get them checked and filled after we left your station. You were not outside when the discussion occurred about what was expected during our visit and what was said. I'm not going to say anything else about it. The response to our review is evidence about how your customers are treated.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sticker Station. I work for a car dealership and regularly bring inventory vehicles for inspections. I went there for an inspection and the employee refused to perform the inspection unless I provided insurance information. I explained that I work for a dealership and that dealership inventory vehicles with dealer plates do not require personal insurance for this situation. He still refused to perform the inspection. I even contacted my manager, who advised the employee to speak with the owner, Allison, since she was aware of our situation and could clarify it. The employee refused and said he would not call her because she was sick. This was not my first bad experience with this place either. Previously, I sent one of my customers there for an inspection, and her vehicle came back dirty with mud on it. As someone who works in the automotive business and brings vehicles in regularly, I expected much better service, professionalism, and communication. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you are looking for good service and staff who actually know what they are doing, I would recommend taking your business somewhere else. If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would have chosen it.

He was the RUDEST person in all of Texas. I’ve never met such a rude, ill-mannered person. Oh my God, he just started screaming like a maniac. Just read the other 1-star reviews and you’ll see that the 5-star reviews are fake. This guy is that morally reprehensible. I recommend just driving past this place to avoid the negative pressure from this savage.

I’m going to admit, when I first pulled up to this location, I was a little sketched out and was wondering what I had gotten myself into. But the staff totally surprised me, being quick, efficient, polite, and patient. Not only did they do an inspection in 30ish minutes, but it also was only $18.50! The waiting room was nice and I liked the simpson drawings on the windows. I’ll definitely come back here again!

Brought my truck in this morning and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Was greeted promptly upon arriving, minimal wait time, professional service and affordable price. Took my car in the afternoon and despite there being more customers this time around, received the same professional prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Will be brining my vehicles here going forward for oil changes and inspections
