My wife and I came in today for a vehicle alignment on our Prius C! Jonathon was very welcoming ensuring a fast and smooth process for check in. My suspension was acting up and giving some trouble but Chris, Tim, and Westphal managed to get it all sorted out without any crazy extra expense. These guys went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was in the best shape possible before we got back on the road! Thank you Pioneer you have earned a customer for good!!! (Ps very welcoming shop lobby and very clean. Very nice addition)

I can’t say enough good things about Pioneer Automotive! Every time I go in they are incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a way that actually makes sense and I never feel talked down to or rushed. What I appreciate most is how transparent they are. They clearly go over pricing, options and what’s urgent versus what can wait. I always feel like I’m being treated honestly and fairly, which is hard to find these days. Took my car to pioneer for an alignment and oil change they did a amazing job my car is aligned straight as an arrow. Sometime when you go for an alignment the steering wheel is usually sometime a little off. I express this to Nathan who took great care of me and listen to my frustrations from the other shop I previously went to. I highly recommend this place.
