Very concerning experience. I brought my vehicle in with zero overheating issues and was told a heater hose was “melted” and needed urgent repair, along with an outrageously expensive quote. Something felt off, so I declined the work and paid to have my car towed to another shop for a second opinion. There, they found a hose disconnected and tucked under the air intake, which directly contradicted what I was told here. Between the high quote, conflicting diagnosis, and added tow expense, I completely lost confidence in this location. I’ve filed a formal complaint with corporate. Always get a second opinion before approving repairs here.
