Honest, fast, respectful. Helped me figure out an item on my car has a warranty built in that I didn’t know about. They could have easily sold me a very expensive part but chose to tell me the truth instead! They were honest about what needed to be done immediately vs what could wait. Very quick and easy experience getting my AC blow motor replaced. The girl at the front desk was also great. Peterson will be my go to moving forward!

Justin and Braden are terrific human beings. Honest and very trustworthy. They def don’t upsell. They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t try to push anything on you. It’s rare these days with everyone chasing the idol dollar. I would highly highly recommend them. They’re always booked out tho. I recommend dropping it off if you can. They will have cancellations and get it reviewed quick. Changed my review due to while their service is great, they require buying the products from them only. I respect it. Where I thought I was a committed client only using them to now unlikely using them in the future. Paying insane retail prices is why I don’t go to dealerships anymore in the first place. I thought Peterson automotive was a great place until I bought led lights grille and easy install items that I thought I’d hire them to install but since they only want to install items they sell (regardless how they want to twist it towards a warranty blah blah blah) it’s all comes down to double dipping on profit. Online items are generally cheaper. There are places in Denton that will install only and I’m giving Peterson automotive this rating specifically due to greed.

I love taking my vehicle here. Fantastic service, honest work, and I always look forward to the debrief about any future maintenance on my car that I should keep an eye on. The suggestions never feel forced, and I, someone who does not know a lot about vehicles has learned a lot from this shop and their members. I even bought a car off of Facebook marketplace after a pre purchase inspection here and I am so happy to have trusted them.

Tried to fix my own vehicle finally had to throw in the towel. This shop came highly recommended and I sure am glad I checked them out. Clearly communicating throughout the process, honest and transparent, and my old car is driving better than it ever has. Not the cheapest nor should they be for the level and quality of service they provide. Keep up the good work, guys!

I had a pretty good experience at Peterson Automotive. I'm giving a 5 star because they're very transparent with great customer service and pretty typical pricing on labor. I brought my car in for issues starting and they identified the bad starter, bad battery, and a handful of other issues. The quote was provided digitally with photos and pricing, so that was nice, but I feel like certain parts were considerably marked up based on my research. Their reasoning was that all of their parts/work come with 2 year, 24,000mi warranty, and they weren't able to find any alternative parts or let me purchase and provide them to be installed. I couldn't justify the cost of the extras, so I just went with the alternator and replaced the battery myself. Overall I'd say it was a decent experience.
