Just stopped in for my first visit. I was immediately greeted in the parking lot by Travis, who was extremely friendly. Got an oil change, which Travis communicated the cost of everything beforehand. They were super quick, even though they had a full house. Wasn’t upsold on any unnecessary stuff. Just friendly, honest, and quick service. Will definitely be coming back here because of the customer service Travis gave.

Shows me issues and any soon-too-be issues under the hood if present. I find them to be a very trustworthy establishment and will continue to patronize them. They also honored my vet status.

Maria was warm and friendly at check out. This is why I’ve been coming to Kwik Kar for several years for oil changes and minor repairs and for good reason. 10/10
View on GoogleAfter contacting Kwik Kar, they confirmed I could come in for an emissions test for our 2024 Cadillac and so happy at how quickly they approached me and helped me with my request. I was in an out with 15 minutes and the young lady at the desk was very polite and friendly. I have already told 4 people about your service and hope they will come visit soon. View on GoogleI'd give 0 stars if I was able to. I came here for the first time last week with my 78 year old mother, who needed an oil change. We were promptly greeted, I asked for them to check her tire pressure and was told it was part of the 20-point inspection. They spoke with her about some other services but we declined, as my husband can take care of those things and I wanted to confirm pricing. They contacted us later and the tech left another customer's keys in my mom's car, we were now running around in my car. We cut our day short and I returned the keys. They were appreciative and apologetic. All of this makes it more infuriating to realize that they took advantage of women who came to them for service. My husband returned several days later to the shop to discuss the mess of oil left all behind and to confront them about items they indicated on the receipt that were done but, in fact, were not. They WROTE on the receipt that the windshield wiper fluid and reserve radiator fluid were filled/topped of, which actually they were still bone dry. They DID NOT air up her tires, another thing that was supposed to be included in this 20-point inspection and something I specifically asked about. I'm sure they did not expect to get caught and called out on this, no telling how many other people they do this to and may not realize it. I am pissed off about this and disappointed and will tell everyone I can to not give this location any business.
