We had a stressful situation this weekend after accidentally putting DEF in our diesel tank while traveling. We broke down in Denton on a Saturday morning and were honestly worried we’d be stuck for days trying to find a shop open and willing to help. We’re from Oklahoma, so being out of town made it even more stressful. Thankfully, Fast Auto Repair told us if we could get the truck there by noon, they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. They absolutely delivered. What they estimated as a four-hour job was finished in less than three hours. The mechanic was extremely confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference during a stressful moment. The entire environment was friendly and professional, and they didn’t try to overcharge us or take advantage of the situation. The location was also super convenient, with food and snacks nearby so we could stay comfortable while waiting. Because of their efficiency and honesty, we were able to continue our trip the same day instead of losing the whole weekend. My boyfriend and I had been loyal customers for about 2 years. Always going back to get our oil changes, inspections, and brakes. However, we were really disappointed at the level of accountability the last time we went in for an oil change right before a roadtrip. I went in on Friday 06/05/26 for an oil change and left with no trouble. However, 30 minutes into our road trip we heard scraping from underneath the car and it turned out that our oil skid plate was not properly placed back and came off. It was a very annoying situation that we were in as we couldn’t get it fixed until that following Monday. When I went back in on Monday 06/08/26 to inform them they were not apologetic at all and seemed very annoyed at the situation. They talked to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about since it was just myself and my boyfriend wasn’t present.They were busy and I was on my lunch so I told them I could come back that Friday. I did ask before leaving if they needed my cars information to order a new one as the one that came off was bent and scrapped up badly. I was told they could order it from the autozone from down the street and it’d be a quick fix. When I went in on Friday to get it fixed they realized it had to be ordered in advance due to my cars model and instead made a skid plate that they had laying around fit. The level of accountability and no sense of responsibility is what ultimately made us decide to take our business elsewhere which really sucks since we like to support small businesses but our trust in their mechanics is no longer there.

My go to place for state inspections for last couple of years . Very honest and just like their name quick service! Respectful customer service.Really appreciated .! Highly recommend.

Brought my mustang in after a trip from Houston, the guys were awesome, family atmosphere, they changed my high pressure fuel pump and abs light, price was great and fixed it promptly, it rides even better than before I brought it in. Glad i stoped here thanks!

I strongly recommend this place if you really want to know the exact problem. Marco's he is really supportive, and he only changes for what he does. If you don't want to burn your pocket, visit this place. This is our 3rd visit, and we checked with other mechanics too for our car problem.
