Extremely helpful people work here. Always satisfied with the work they do on my 2007 Dodge Charger. Quick and reliable every time. If they can’t figure out what’s going wrong with your car after running tests Evan has connections to come in and help diagnose your issue. Pricing is always more than exemplary as well. Definitely would recommend Done Right if you’re having any auto trouble.
View on Google“You should have come to us a fifth time” this is what they said when I asked for a refund when another mechanic had to fix their mistake. They didn’t remove a gasket when replacing the master cylinder so there were 2 gaskets, not allowing it to seal properly. Took it back to them 3 more times to try and find the problem. Another mechanic found their mistake and was able to help us out. When I asked Done Right to make it right they responded that if I would have brought it back the 5th time that they would have fixed it. Evan was unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. I would not recommend them
View on GoogleBrought car in now 3 times and each time they keep charging me more saying that it’s only fair because they have to work on it again? $800 for the 3rd time for them because they don’t actually know what they’re doing? I shouldn’t have to bring in my car more than once otherwise that means you don’t know what you’re doing. And charge me more and more for your mistakes, at the end of the day that just means you’re trying to get money out of people without doing it right even though that’s what you’re called. I don’t recommend this shop for mechanic issues
View on GoogleWent in for repairs they stayed true to the quote and did the job on time. They need to advertise out front they do carb work. I would have brought my 76 up there if I also knew it’s harder and harder to find a shop that can do that kind of work. Really nice old school mechanic outback also.
View on GoogleIf I could leave no stars I would because this is outrageous I absolutely HATE this shop I hate the customer service and the fact that it takes so long for them to do anything. I have to say for a business that has been up for more than 10 years they absolutely suck. I tried to schedule tint here because my child had come and there was dirt and air bubbles in my tint. Like what? And when I talked to Brian about fixing it he was rude and inconsiderate being that they did my tint. I do not recommend this shop at all and they over price they only care about your money not about your business. There is another shop maybe 10 mins away in Aubrey that I recommend he got me in the same day and actually took the time to take care of my tint that done right had messed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. BAD CUSTOMER SERVUCE LONG WAIT TIMES INCONSIDERATION WASTE OF TIME IGNORANT AND MONEY HUNGRY
