The shop is decent on price, but lacks in other areas. Ive spent over $6,500 here and called to see if they could help with a radiator fan that went bad which they replaced for me 1 year and 7 dqys ago, and the owner couldn’t tell me over the phone that they’d warranty the work because technically its 7 days outside the 1 year warranty. He wanted me to bring it in and i told him your shop isn’t convenient for me to go to which is why I am calling to get an idea on how you’ll approach this issue for me. I was hoping he could give me at least a good faith “yea we will take care of you and help you out on cost” given the circumstances, but no, he just kept saying I can’t tell you anything unless you bring the car in for us to look at.

I live 3+ hours away from Denton Texas. I was looking to buy a car online and found a good option located near their shop. So I scheduled a Pre Purchase Inspection with Matt, who was super helpful and easy going. Car seemed good other than valve cover leak and wiring issue so I bought it from the dealer and authorized serviced with Denton European immediately.
