When looking around for shops that can do an alignment on my Supra, everyone kept recommending this shop. I decided to take my car here for an alignment and they have exceeded my expectations on overall experience. First off, the people that work here are very honest and they treat you in a way that no other shop does. Everyone here treats you like family and they are super knowledgeable on what is best for your vehicle. They are truly passionate in what they do and they stand behind their work. They got my vehicle feeling better than it does from factory. Shops like this are super hard to come by and I will be sure to come back to this shop for all of my vehicles. I highly suggest coming here as you will not regret it!

What a good man! There is a reason he's been in business 40 plus years. Knowing the type of man Bobby is.. it tells a lot about what kind of employees he has. I went in and got an alignment this go around and what a stellar job, great customer service, the price for the alignment was great and affordable! Also I was in and out. I have been going to Bobby Gentry’s shop for over 20 years . This time it was to get exhaust , suspension & alignment on ‘86 GMC lowered pickup. They all worked hard , Bodie , Taite, and crew. The young lady at the front desk, Mickie , did a great job organizing the work . Even brought in my other ‘06 F150 for an alignment. Great crew , great job , above & beyond ! Very knowledgeable. About a year ago, the wife got a new to us Challanger with a v6. They got it sounding like a sports car. Fast forward to now. I got a 2024 F150 with the 5.0. I came here as soon as I left the dealership!! Again...they were very helpful and although I knew exactly what I wanted, they assured me they'd get me to the sound I was looking for. Loud...but not obnoxious (to me. Lol)...Check them out for all muffler needs!! I got a resonator delete with a Flowmaster Super 10 and 3.5" double pipes behind the passenger tire. (My truck doesn't have dual exhaust.) Get. Here. STAT!!!! They are really nice people and will do you right without breaking the bank!!!!

This place was a referral and I’m so glad that I had decided to give them a call. First, Mikki was so nice and professional. Second, Bobby, the owner, I can tell that he wants his customers to be happy and he will come and tell you what’s going on with your vehicle and gets the job done in a timely manner. I had a catalytic converter replaced and the price was fair, compared to other places I had called, which was ridiculous. The atmosphere was calm, the waiting room and restroom were super clean.
