Clean and professional auto body shop. The front desk girls were friendly and helped us right away after we called ahead. A technician checked the bumper damage and provided a quick quote. The waiting area was calm and comfortable, with small indoor plants that made it look pretty. They are certified for Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, and Infiniti. Highly recommend.
View on Google1st accident as an adult. Didn't know what to expect. BMW had damage to rear right bumper, panel, sensor, exhaust...... Insurance recommended and Im glad they did. White glove service! First was given a visual estimate. Provided an estimate for arrival on parts. Ladies at the front took care of reserving my rental. There was a delay due to the winter storm but Zavery texted me with all status updates. She let me know when parts arrived and when my car was in line to be worked. I was contacted to confirm a time to pick up car when done. They arranged the pick up for rental. Austin was so detailed in explaining all the repairs that were made. I did have to take the car back because of a rattling in the exhaust. I was seen right away by Austin who took a look at my vehicle and fixed the issue in less than 20 mins. Exceptional work and service!
View on GoogleThanks to CARSTAR Denton, my 1999 Lincoln Towncar looks like new again. CARSTAR even washed it inside and out. Someone backed into the right rear corner of my bumper, leaving a deep scratch and removing some clear coat. I tried using SCRATCH OUT and Ford's touch up paint, but was not satisfied. CARSTAR's Estimator Steven figured out a way to paint less than a third of the bumper without removal, saving lots of money and with a good color match. Their lead Painter did a great job. I have used CARSTAR for over 20 years on all three of my vehicles with great satisfaction and will continue to do so in the future if needed.
