Extremely unprofessional and rude. You call them and they laugh at your face without knowing anything about you. Their tow truck guy Ryan was almost a week late for towing our car. Called Wednesday for them to pick it up, took them until Tuesday to do so. Ryan kept giving us several different days and times when he would come tow the car. Stay away from this business. Worst auto company ever

Do Not Trust AR Motors — A Nightmare That Cost Us $1390 and Countless Hours of Stress I’m not exaggerating when I say this experience has left me shaken, furious, and betrayed. AR Motors didn’t just mishandle my truck — they shattered my trust, toyed with my time, and put my family through a maddening rollercoaster of lies and incompetence. I had a brand-new engine installed by AR Motors barely a year ago, and when I noticed a small oil leak, I returned — hoping for responsible, professional service. What followed felt like a cruel joke. They claimed it was a rear gasket issue. Said the truck was ready. I drive an hour out, only to be told it’s still at the welder’s. The next day, same story — drive all the way, truck still not ready. When we finally picked it up, my son took it to work. By the next morning? The truck wouldn’t start, and oil was pouring out, soaking the driveway in thick, wet proof of AR Motors' utter failure. We crawled under the truck and found missing bolts, loose bolts, and even stripped bolts that hadn’t been tightened. Bolts we could turn with our fingers. I documented everything: photos of the spill, pictures of the sloppy mechanical work, and yet—Richard, the owner, gaslit us, saying there was no oil leak, no missing bolts, and even had the nerve to claim the oil wasn’t ours! His mechanic’s voicemail admitted bolts were stripped and missing before they even began (a total fabrication — we know that’s a lie). Then we’re told it was misdiagnosed, but they still charged my son $1390. Richard promised it would all be “taken care of.” It wasn’t. They charged us, refused accountability, and kept weaving new excuses with every phone call. Then they blamed the battery. A battery we bought last year. Then magically — no leak, no stripped bolts, nothing wrong. We arrive to pick it up and guess what? Still leaking. Bolts still missing. One stripped beyond repair. My son literally showed Richard oil on his hand, and he had the audacity to say, “That’s not oil.” Reid, the mechanic, scrambled to screw in the missing bolts right in front of us — that’s how blatant and shameless this all was. We left. Not five minutes into the drive, smoke started pouring out from under the truck, and milky white fluid was leaking underneath. I have photos, videos — every shred of proof. I called Richard, who handed the call off to Reid again, who casually said it was the AC. Of course — another mystery failure, just hours after they claimed everything was fixed. Now we’re headed to Meador Dodge. I know they’ll fix it right, but it’s going to cost us. Again. I didn’t write this to rant. I wrote it because I want the truth out there. I’m not “some Karen.” I’m a mother trying to get her son safely on the road — with a truck we paid thousands to have repaired. I’ve got proof from Dodge showing the same exact problems I reported to AR Motors. Pictures, service docs — all contradicting Richard’s lies. We were deceived, mistreated, and robbed. And my son is still out $1390. You don’t deserve this kind of treatment. Don’t risk your safety or sanity on AR Motors.

This was a fantastic buying experience! Nate and Audrey were honest and bent over backwards to ensure my approval and ultimately the purchase of my new truck!! I wish my transmission issue could have been fixed but I was advised to not even bother since Nissan altimas are trash cars with messed up transmission. Richard is a cool guy.
