In my experience this shop should be shut down. Deceitful & dangerous place for anyone to go to. 12/1 I dropped off my car at 8 a.m. to replace the hose that the “mechanic” said was the problem. They called me around 4:30 that’s it’s ready. When I pick it up the issue is still present when turning the wheel. I pull over to check it out and the steering pump reservoir is OVERFILLED PAST THE MAX POINT & I can see power steering on other parts of the car as if they just poured it in not even using a funnel. I immediately turn back around and let the guy who took payment know he said “bring it back tomorrow we are not mechanics” meanwhile they’re authorized to complete car inspections??? 12/2 I’m there 8 a.m. taking time off work to find out why it was given to me with the same problem , why is the reservoir overfilled past the max point, was the system not bled??? He assured me he would “fix it” I obviously don’t trust him with the sloppy and careless work done so I ask for proof of the work he did. He shows me the receipts from Autozone for the hose and a sensor…. He NEVER told me about the sensor, (it’s not even listed on the first invoice) I tell him this and he says I included it I didn’t even charge you as much as I should’ve. I asked for a detailed invoice given this guy is a liar and doing unnecessary work and the problem is STILL PRESENT. I submitted all of this to my bank and they refunded me back the full amount because they could obviously see this shop is full of scammers. Just look at the two invoices the totals don’t even match. Don’t trust your vehicle with these people you will regret it!!!
