Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve had with any auto body shop in a long time. The people at Donny’s Paint & Body treated me with real respect and kindness from the moment I arrived. They fixed my headlight way faster than expected, the job was perfect, and the price was completely fair. It felt amazing to finally deal with honest, professional people who truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this place — they’ve earned my trust 100%.

What an awful customer Service and quality experience. I entrusted my car to this shop for some pretty simple paint work. I wanted a decent job but did not expect show level. What I received was way below anything I could have expected. Hard edges to the paintwork/ clear coat, paint on windshield seals and sunroof seal (all ruined). The color match was good but the attention to detail was clearly non existent. When challenged the shop failed to offer to sort out the mess, telling me that they would re-shoot and remove the glass at my expense - what they failed to appreciate as they never investigated or asked was that the windshield seals are removable without glass removal and the sunroof takes all of 10 minutes to remove. No they simply tried to wash their hands of the mess. Tyler and his sister have to be two of the worst small business owners I have come across in a long time.

Donny's is a great body shop did a great job on repairing my truck. Would highly recommend 💯

Donny’s did an awesome job on my car! I had some small damage to my rear panel from a hit and run and they got my car fixed super quick! Took it in Monday morning and got it back Wednesday around lunch time! Their prices are very reasonable too. When I got in my car to take it home, I saw that they had detailed both interior and exterior as well! Will be going there from here on our for all my paint and body needs!

I needed a shop to fix my missing side mirror & that’s when I found Donny’s shop. I needed my car fixed asap & they were close to home with great reviews - so I figured I would make it easy and go with them … honestly, I should’ve kept looking. If you are someone that has little to no knowledge about vehicles - I suggest looking for a new shop before coming here or at least bring someone with you that knows exactly what needs to be done and how it should be done. I ended up paying $1200 to get my side mirror fixed. About $ 900 towards Donny’s shop to fix what I originally intended to be fixed. And the rest to another shop that corrected the mess they caused . Not only did it take them 1 week for me to be able to pick up my car. At that point, It still wasn’t a 100% ready - I still needed to return again because the mirror was missing a piece. A situation that should’ve been smooth and easy - had turned into a headache . I found my self having to keep going back to the shop because not only did they not install the “last piece” properly, the light on the mirror wasn’t working (which it should’ve been. I figured if they were replacing the piece, the mechanical part should come along with it) had there been another issue then they should’ve told me what the problem was as to why they couldn’t get the light to work . But all I seemed to have been getting from them was a bunch of I don’t knows & it is what it is and that they can’t do anything about it unless I fixed my headlight??which had nothing wrong with it initially. Apart from it not turning on AFTER the car was worked on by this shop… After leaving Donny’s and speaking to a mechanic from my cars dealership, they were able to get my side mirror working properly as well as my other lights that weren’t working (again after visiting Donny’s) & they let me know that certain things seemed to have been deliberately tampered with & chances were that it was done on purpose so that I would go back & pay extra to get those issues “resolved”. All in all - I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. it’s unfortunate that this is yet another shop taking advantage of women with little to no knowledge about vehicles and trying to get as much money as they can out of them.. I will not be returning & I’ll warn others about this place as well.
