Decatur Tires

I paid $1,000 for new tie rod ends, front bearing re-pack, and an alignment on my old Ranger. Pretty high price to begin with, but then I crawl under and noticed they also blew out both brand new grease boots when they greased them. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I also don't like wasting my time and money on something I now have to go fix myself. The alignment seems to be decent, hence the two stars instead of one.

Brought in 2 trailer tires for mount and balance. I specificly asked that the tires be balanced even though that is not common practice for trailer tires. My tires were mounted but never balanced, I support decatur tire when possible but i am dissapointed that my request to balance my tires was ignored and i wasnt taken serious as a customer. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they just ignored my request to balance also.
