I just needed a valve stem put in for a trailer tire. Guy that started on it was nice, then this lady came by that I guess was the owner and took over. She was rude to him and told me to leave. She said come back right before noon or I would have to come back Monday. She was pretty pushy about it and said it more than once while I was telling her I didn't mind waiting for a couple of minutes. I started to leave but went back in. It took about one minute to air the tire up. I wouldn't have even made it out of the parking lot. Asked for a recipet and she said really for that? I paid her and left. Price of gas I really don't want to drive back for something that took two minutes.

So thankful for this company! Road trip over Spring Break to see colleges for my daughter. We’re from out of state and traveling across Texas. Caught a piece of metal in the construction zone through De Leon, but Hogans was able to repair the tire in less than 30 minutes and were VERY reasonably priced!

Just getting started on a list of items she failed to check for my inspection on 3/9/2023. NO wonder just about everyone has nothing bad to say. Will get back to this post after I take care of these issues I have to fix or do I?The dealer was there and now today he needs to go pick up some tires. Imagine that!!
