Greg and Ray are great gentlemen! Ray was very thorough about what I needed for my car ! And Greg customer service was phenomenal. Keeping me updated and assured me as I waited :) and a very clean establishment
View on GoogleFast service, friendly staff, but those upsell prices definitely had me side-eyeing a little. 😅 I heard about Valvoline Express Care of Dallas through my daughter after she found an oil change deal on Groupon and shared the link with me. I decided to try them out for myself and paid only $32 for a synthetic high-mileage oil change. When I pulled up, they got to me quickly. One employee told me he’d be right with me, then Greg came out and welcomed us in. The young lady at the front desk was polite, took my information and Groupon, and before I could even sit down, they were already working on my vehicle. The service was fast and professional. Now here’s the part that made me pause… I was told I needed a cabin air filter and a fluid flush. After leaving, I checked the price of the cabin filter for my car at AutoZone, and it was around $19. I was quoted $54 for the same filter, plus over $100 for the fluid flush. I understand businesses charge labor, but that markup felt a little excessive to me. Overall, the customer service was good and the oil change process was smooth, but I’d definitely recommend customers research the extra services before agreeing to them. Friendly experience, just be mindful of the add-on pricing.

The atmosphere was great, the honesty and deliverance of jobs performed were greater, and all of the guys there have the best customer service attributes that I've come across in awhile. Greg was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had.
