Very convenient my first stop was asking for $160 for a new tire which isnt bad but couldnt afford. Looked for another and found here what i needed $45 for a used and yeah its used but thats what i can get right now. They were attentive and quick no time wasted. Thank you for your service.
View on GoogleAbsolutely unacceptable service. This is my third and final bad experience at this location. On two separate occasions, after getting an oil change, the tech failed to properly tighten the drain plug on my 2015 Infiniti QX80. Both times my oil was leaking, and I had to return immediately for them to fix their own mistake. Today was the last straw. I requested the correct oil for my vehicle, full synthetic 5W-30, but the tech put in 5W-20 without asking, explaining, or getting approval. When I questioned it, he became rude and dismissive instead of taking accountability for another error. This is the third time they’ve made serious mistakes with my vehicle, and at this point it’s a clear pattern of poor workmanship and customer service. Using the wrong oil weight can cause long-term engine issues, and not tightening a drain plug properly is dangerous. I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly warn others to avoid trusting them with their vehicles. Consistent carelessness and bad attitudes are not something any customer should have to deal with.
View on GoogleDon't recommend anyone too come here. They charge for everything. Plus the Owner is rude as Hell. 4 Tire Change and Balance was too Freakin high. Told him to put my tire back on rim after he wanna charge me additional 50.00. For new valve stems which is only 1.99 each. Argue with me saying he doesn't need my business. So the regular Guy talk to me too let him do the job. Cause he quoted me the Price. Please stay away....
View on GoogleI just brought my bmw 2006 325i e90 for a inspection and you guys replaced my coolant thermostat stat and I drive it home and it’s smoking / making a rattle noise now when before my car made no noise and i paid you all 400 bucks when originally you said 300 2 weeks ago…. Come Monday I’m bringing my car back up there and yall go fix whatever the issue is for free this Monday.., see you soon.
View on GoogleI thought the price of the used tire was a bit much. (My opinion) But the service was great. They took time to explain some things to me and even took the time to show me some other things that I've needed to know. And it was hot out there. They didn't mind one bit. I'll be back cause they do offer more services.
