I WOULD NOT ADVISE TO STOP HERE AT ALL DON’T LET THE RATES FOOL YOU LIKE I WAS FOOLED. ALL THE SIGNS INSIDE SPEAKS VOLUMES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED. I came in late Saturday 01/27 in my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander which only needed a tire for the back driver side and the oil light literally just came out. I asked the guy if they had my tire which they did and it was a reasonable price, so I then asked how much for oil change also reasonable price. I said let’s do both. He put the tire on and then advised he would move for oil change. I made it down the street and all lights came on for tire and check engine light. I pulled right over to check the vehicle out and the undercarriage is hanging, so I then called a tow truck to tow to my house so I wouldn’t mess anything up. Not sure if this is normal practice here but I feel like the mechanic was not certified to do the job of a simple oil change at this point. As the undercarriage is something a tech knows to put back on. I did review the sign on the inside of building while there and it’s a lot of talk about as is services so no I haven’t been back to advise of this situation because it seems pointless knowing their policy and I don’t have the time or energy for the games so I’m making this review. ****BEWARE THE CUSTOMER WAS GREAT BUT SERVICE WAS SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE. So thankful I went to this place! Woke up to a flat and this was the nearest place. I was about to go to a more popular chain. They were nice and helpful and had what I needed in stock at a great price! On top of all that the guy who asked what I needed and rang me up, named Alex (I think) was so freaking cute!
