I've gone to Taylor Automotive for 2 years; they've served my Honda and Lexus. They inspect the car, provide guidance on needed repairs, and don't advocate for unnecessary repairs. They are 100% trustworthy and professional. Chris, the owner, has been in the car industry for years and understands how to run a business and focus on clients. To go in feeling I know what the issue was, and these guys going though a thorough check to be sure, really lifted my confidence knowing the work would be done properly. SUV now runs like new. Had my fuel pump and sender unit done in excellent time. I also loved the updates and never had to wonder what's going on with my car.

I have a jam packed schedule and needed to drop off my car quickly while I was in between meetings. The communication along the way, the price transparency and the general urgency was all greatly appreciated. While I wasnt happy about my oil gasket breaking, I was very pleased with the explanation of the issue as well as the description of what to expect after the service was rendered.

They are friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are significantly lower than the dealer’s. I appreciated them providing a Lyft ride for me. They even researched the best course of action to get Volvo to provide goodwill assistance for a significant repair cost. We highly recommend them!

I have taken the Volvo to other locations in the area, only to regret it, as the quality of the products and attention to detail have never been as good as they are at Taylor Automotive, and I've ultimately just had to redo work done at poor facilities. I only trust Taylor Automotive with my Volvo now and feel confident, after the extensive work they've done, that my son will be safe driving our old Volvo back to school. Thank you so much!
