Highly recommend going anywhere BUT here for your oil change. After agreeing for the upsell package and paying almost $300, the technicians damaged my hood to where it will no longer latch closed. It worked perfectly beforehand, and then they tried to close it and couldn’t, likely because they tried to close it with their tool still in there. They denied all responsibility and said ”You’re on your own, this isn’t our fault”. I have tried calling to file a complaint corporately and have been on hold for 2 hours. I paid them $300 and left with a broken hood and no help.

This was, without a doubt, the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. The employees were clearly rushing through the job and showed very little attention to detail. They didn’t check my air filters or my coolant, which are basic parts of a proper oil change inspection. The most alarming part was watching them pour oil from a container that had visible dust and debris inside. Seeing contaminants near the oil being used in my vehicle was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. The entire experience made it seem like the staff either lacked proper training or simply didn’t care about the quality of their work. When you’re paying for a service, you expect professionalism and basic care for your vehicle—not shortcuts and carelessness. I would not trust this location with my car again, and I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else before they end up causing expensive damage. This location needs better training, better quality control, and much higher standards for customer service.
