This place is awesome. They're partnered with Groupon so you can get great discounts on your services. Here the front desk receptionist. Mr. Wade was great at what he was doing. He was even able to help me out with some knowledge that I didn't even know about when it comes to my car. I left extremely satisfied. Services were great all around. I highly recommend this place for anybody who's trying to get services done to their vehicle. Prices are extremely reasonable, affordable and the wait time isn't really that long. Edit- Young man Brian, that serviced my vehicle did a wonderful job on it. I'm extremely happy. This place is great. I recommend everybody come here. They're very quick with their oil changes. They do a full inspection of the vehicle to let you know everything else that's wrong with it as well. I mean honestly for the price and the time you got to wait I could not look or ask for a better shop. Thank you guys so much

I can’t say enough great things about my experience here. I brought in my 1979 Jeep, and from the moment I met Wade, I knew it was in the right hands. He treated me like family, honestly, it felt like I was working with one of my brothers. Kind, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took care of everything, brakes, steering, brand new tires, and even installed a new starter. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to safety in every decision they made. With an older vehicle like mine, nothing is straightforward, and it takes real expertise to diagnose and fix things the right way. Wade and the team clearly have that expertise. At one point, he even went the extra mile, literally, driving out to Arlington to track down a part for my Jeep. That level of commitment is rare. Lastly, they go so far out of their way to communicate and provide updates. I was getting daily texts or phone calls with where things stood, and it just helped me feel confident end to end. Finding a trustworthy auto shop can feel nerve-racking, especially if you are not a mechanic. Even working in the auto space myself, I can confidently say this is hands down one the best auto repair and maintenance shops in Dallas. Don’t hesitate, if you need auto repair or maintenance work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

​I had a wonderful experience at Sun Auto Tire & Service! I drove up for a tire installation with my 2-year-old granddaughter, and Wade was incredibly welcoming right from the start. ​When he realized there would be about an hour delay, he went above and beyond by offering us a ride back home (which is just across the street) so we wouldn't have to wait around. That kind of thoughtful customer service is rare and so appreciated when you have a toddler with you! ​The facility itself was excellent—spotlessly clean, the water was cold, the coffee was fresh, and the play area kept a 2-year-old perfectly entertained. I had a great experience replacing my tire here. The team is great all around. The general manager Wade is professional, humble, communicative, and hardworking. He took care of a complex replacement process. They made sure I got a ride back to work while I left the car at the shop. Thank you

This experience had nothing to do with the mechanical work itself, but everything to do with how people are treated. One of my drivers from United Towing dropped off a vehicle at this location for a AAA member. Let me be clear — this driver is one of the cleanest, most respectful, and professional drivers I have on my team. He happens to be Hispanic, and the way he was treated by the person in charge made him feel singled out and discriminated against. While there, he politely asked to use the restroom in the lobby, and the manager told him he could not use it because it was “only for customers.” Instead, he was directed to the restroom in the back where the mechanics go. The situation became even more humiliating because this was said in front of the AAA member he had just brought in to the shop. My driver questioned why he was being treated differently when he was there helping bring business to the shop just like anyone else. After the way he was spoken to, he no longer even felt comfortable using the restroom at all and simply left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. We recommend customers to this shop regularly because of their connection with AAA, which is why this was especially disappointing. Tow truck drivers work hard every day helping stranded people, and they deserve the same level of dignity and respect as anyone else. Nobody should ever be made to feel inferior because of their job, appearance, or ethnicity. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional behavior from management. Respect costs nothing.
