I dropped my car off for an engine repair and someone reversed into it on their lot. When I tried to address it, they took zero responsibility and referred me to another shop for my original repair since his mechanics don’t want to work on it. My car was in their possession, and now I’m stuck with my original issue and the fact that the back of my bumper is messed up

My friend dropped his car off so they could help fix his engine and when he came back for his car one their customers HIT his car and they even showed them video footage of this happening they said they aren’t going to take accountability for his car being damaged on their property under their care. Oh and they never ended up fixing his engine.
View on GoogleThis shop IS THE WORST - DO NOT GO HERE. They let my car get hit & then said they couldn’t do anything about it. THEN they refused to complete the original service they agreed to do on my vehicle. CARLOS THE MANAGER & JUAN THE OWNER ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

View on GoogleI’ve been driving around for hours looking for a muffler shop that would take me in same day. All of them were either closed early or booked and busy. I pulled up to Santos, a nice polite man walked up, put my car up and checked my muffler. He then proceeded to repair it and less than 30 minutes I was good to go! He even replaced my light bulb in my headlight. If you’re looking for quick and friendly service, I highly recommend this place!
