Amazing manager and staff came by for a quote on some tires, Manager Javier went above and beyond to help me.Showed me the different options and prices he had . In the end I decided to change all 4 tires .tires were installed quickly no waiting for a long time how other places do no hassle at all. Loved the excellent and professional service provided. Will be coming by when I need my tires changed or fixed . I will highly recommend them to all my family and friends They also do alignments, brakes, plugs,patches, tire balance,tire rotation, new and used tires.

Called this shop today 6/5/2026 10:00am and 10:15am to inquire about the cost of a tire repair an provided the guy who answered the phone with the year, make and model of my vehicle and the tire size. Then I proceeded to ask how much would a new tire cost if it was not repairable. He began to ask me for the same vehicle information multiple times after I had already given it to him. Then he kept quoting the price of a used tire. So I again asked him how much would a new tire cost. Instead of him telling me the price, he responded that new tires had to be ordered. So I AGAIN asked him what the price of a new tire would cost and he yelled out to someone “I told her we don’t have any new tires and she still wants a price” then he came back to the phone and asked me for the size info again. After I gave him the size info he starts cutting me off and being rude and said “that’s not the size of your tire. Give me the size the way it is”. Even though I literally read the tire size to him as I was looking at the tire. I told him that he didn’t need to be rude and he tried to argue with me so I just said I’m not coming there and that he needs to fix his attitude and then I hung up. He called me back multiple times and I didn’t answered then he sent a rude text message to me which I think is very unprofessional. I do recommend this place at all and would not trust them with my vehicle at all.

The reviews at this business is the main reason I chose to come here. So decided to return that back. Quick and easy, no one hassled or tried upselling after I told the staff what I needed(just tires). Very professional and welcoming

I’ve been to Royal Tires several times before, and my experiences were always positive. Their prices are very affordable (around $40 for a tire for my 2014 Mazda 3) and I never had issues until recently. About a week ago, I went in because my tire pressure light came on. They replaced the tire, but within a week, that same tire developed a bubble and the light came one again. Since I was about to drive to Austin, I had to go to another shop right away because they were busy. I ended up paying again to replace the defective tire. I still think Royal Tires is a good place overall based on my past visits, so maybe this was just bad luck. But I don’t understand how a tire with a defect like that was sold in the first place. I’d recommend they double-check their inventory or offer some kind of warranty for peace of mind.

Highly recommend! They had a set of matched 275/60R20s for my truck that were highly affordable and looked great with lots of tread! Best part yet, I expected to have to wait around for an hour, they had me in and out in 15 minutes! Read that again, four tires mounted and balanced!
