Ken, the store manager, provided phenomenal customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was how far they went to help me. The tire technician wasn’t even scheduled to be there, but when I needed my tire replaced immediately, they called him in and he came on his day off to get me taken care of. That’s dedication! Whether you’re paying cash or need flexible payment options, they work with you. The quality of their tires, wheels, and customer service is top-tier. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be referring friends and family. Shoutout to Ms. Kay for getting me together—you guys have earned a customer for life! They also give you a phenomenal welcome gift full of things you need and lifetime service whether you’re still paying or you’ve paid your items off y’all come down to see these good people.
